Honestly saying, I personally don’t like pop-ups,many times they are irritating and don’t benefit you so much.
The only type of pop-up I can suggest is popunder (exit pop-up).It does not disturb your mainsite working very much. To take best way an advantage when using it,don’t try sell anything via that pop-up,it is many times totally useless and waste of time.
Just show what you can offer FREE and if possible include your autoresponder capture form offering your FREE report. That system works by my experience.
